Deadlock is a 6v6 MOBA-shooter hybrid with four lanes, a jungle and souls to secure, so a match is often decided by information. DMA puts that picture on a second screen next to the game, while the game PC stays clean.
You are farming souls in a side lane and two enemies leave theirs. The radar on the second PC shows them moving before they reach you, so you step back to the tower or call it in. Fewer ambushes, fewer lost souls.
Besides positions, you see enemy cooldowns. If the hero diving on you has burned the ultimate, you can take the fight. If it is ready, you hold back. That read costs nothing in the match itself.
Abrams charging in, Bebop hooking you, Dynamo pulling the team together: each hero changes what a threat looks like. Seeing who is where lets you pick the fight your hero wins.
Jungle camps and objectives are a timing race. When you see the enemy team leave the area, you take the camp or push the lane. When they gather, you leave it.
VAC scans the game client and finds nothing extra with DMA. Valve also reviews player reports, the way it does for CS2, so what counts is how you play. Do not chase every dot on the radar; use the info to position.
