Arma 3 is a military sim with servers of 128 players and more. Fights start far apart and sessions run for three hours or longer, so a ban that lands mid-session costs you a whole evening. With DMA the game PC runs only Arma 3, and a card reads memory for a second computer.
On Altis a squad is a few specks on a ridge a kilometre off. ESP on the second screen marks players and vehicles you cannot see yet, so you pick a route and a firing position before anyone spots you. Markers sit on a separate display, not over the game.
Distances in Arma 3 are big, and bullets drop and take time to arrive. Exact range to a target lets you set your optic correctly for a shot across a valley on Stratis or a road on Tanoa. This is why ESP with range on a second PC matters more here than in most games.
The mods change how you play. King of the Hill packs players around one zone, Exile and Life reward spotting loot and rivals before they spot you, and Antistasi runs long co-op campaigns where AI and players mix. Check the build page for which modes it was tested on.

BattlEye scans the game client and finds nothing extra on it. Arma 3 and BattlEye still get updates, and the build is rechecked after them. Its page shows the current status, so look at it before you pay.
A long match on a big map is when a crash hurts most. Since nothing is injected into Arma 3, the game stays as stable as it is without a cheat, and the second PC can be restarted on its own if the overlay hangs.
