How a private build differs from a free one
Free builds spread across forums in hundreds of copies, and the anti-cheat gets a sample within days. A private one is sold to a narrow circle and is updated along with game patches. That does not remove the risk, but it changes its scale.
Internal vs external vs DMA
Internal runs inside the game process: more features, but more visible. External reads the game from outside: usually fewer features, but more careful. DMA runs on a second PC via a card — the anti-cheat on the gaming PC does not see it.
Can I get banned
Yes, every cheat carries risk. That is why each build shows its reliability and status. To lower the risk, pick builds with excellent reliability, don’t turn everything on at once and don’t play with aim at full.
What happens after a game update
The build gets the “Updating” status and can’t be bought until the developer releases a working version.
