Fifty players, a lot of forest, very little warning
You come off a dirt road in Deadside, the post-Soviet open world from Bad Pixel, and the first building on the map is already quiet in the wrong way. A server holds 50 to 70 players who share towns, player bases and military sites, and what you loot is what somebody else can take if you go down. ESP draws people through walls and trees, a radar puts them on a flat map, and aim finishes the fight when it comes. Most of the game is walking and listening, and these tools cut down the listening.
BattlEye on the other side
The game is guarded by BattlEye. When Bad Pixel ships a patch, some builds stop working until their developer catches up, and every card says whether it is working or updating. Read that line on the evening you play. Neither of our two builds includes a spoofer, so a ban can reach beyond one account, and a character you care about is a bad thing to gamble.
Four places where it matters
The military base. A squad has taken the gate and you are lying on the ridge above it. With ESP boxes and skeletons you count the shooters on the wall, and BYSTER's radar tells you whether a second team is sliding round the side. You pick your angle before you step out.
The town hunt. Somebody is hiding in an upstairs room and the street is empty. Distance and skeletons show which window and which way he faces, so you do not waste a magazine on the wrong house.
The forest ambush. A runner crosses between pines at a hundred meters. Bone aim with smoothing follows him without snapping, and BYSTER's prediction leads the shot so it lands where he will be.
The warehouse fight. Shelves, narrow aisles, two squads, no cover that lasts. BYSTER's no recoil keeps a burst on one point, and the visibility check in both builds stops the aim from firing into a crate.
Which build for which night
If you mostly want clean fights, ARCANE gives you bone aim, smoothing, a visibility check, boxes, skeletons, distance and a saved config. If you want the whole picture, BYSTER adds prediction, loot, a 2D radar and no recoil, but it is being updated right now, so only ARCANE is on sale until the fixed version appears.
Why Deadside plays differently
The map is huge and the crowd is thin. You will walk for minutes and then meet someone at mid range with no cover, so distance information and long-range aim count for more than in a game that is all close quarters. Raids add another wrinkle: bases are built to last, and attackers who do not know how many people are inside are guessing. These tools replace the guess with a count.
