Does MEDUSA run on Windows 11?
The list names only Windows 10 versions 20H2, 21H1, 21H2 and 22H2. Windows 11 is not on it, so support there is not declared.
What are configs in MEDUSA?
Saved sets of build settings. Tune it once for yourself and load it later instead of setting everything again.
Does MEDUSA have boxes or a spoofer?
No to both. Players get skeletons, with loot and distance shown too, but there are no boxes. There is no spoofer either.
