How MEDUSA differs from other Unturned builds

Ten features. The aim works on bones, the ESP draws boxes and skeletons, shows the distance to each player and marks loot, and recoil and spread are removed. On top of that come streamproof, a config and a spoofer.

The spoofer is built in, so there is no separate purchase. Streamproof keeps the overlay out of OBS capture, but the game has to run in windowed mode.
